Let's talk ROLLERs and why we love them.

First and foremost essential oil rollers are very convenient and easy to apply. You can keep them in your pocket, in your purse or in the car and pull them out when you need the benefits from the oil combination.

Second, application is so simple. Simply unscrew the cap and roll the oil on the back of your neck, your wrist, the bottom of your feet, or your spine, for maximum benefit and effect. We call these locations pressure points . Placement on your body will depend on each oil and desired benefit you want to gain from each oil.

Third, they are a natural alternative to using chemically based medicine. With only a few ingredients that come from plants and are good for everyone. It takes the guessing game out of know if it's going to harm your family or not.

Here are some general tips for applying a roller:

  • A little goes a long way so rolling it on one spot and then using your fingertips to distribute the oil to the other parts of your body will help. For example. You can put the oil on your wrist then use your wrist to place it behind your ears or rub your wrist together.
  • Remember to avoid your eyes, nose, and ear with oils, which can cause irritation and to wash your hand after you apply the oils to your fingers to avoid touching your eyes or nose after application.
  • Essential oils rollers are pre-diluted for your convenience so you don't have to worry about diluted them down with a carrier oil before application.

Best pressure point to use each oil:

Headache - roll this oil on the back of the neck at the base of the spine, behind the ears and on the temples.

Allergy - back of the neck, behind the ears, and the wrists, as needed. During allergy season you will need to use the roller several times a day in order to build up an immune response.

Cold and Flu - under your chin, behind the ears, the wrist, down the spine, and on the bottom of your feet

Breathe - Behind the ears, the wrist, and chest.

Scar Be Gone - Apply directly to your scar or dark spots 2-3 times per day.

Sleep - bottom of the feet, wrist, back of the neck, or chest, behind the ears.

Calm - wrist, back of neck, chest, behind the ears, bottom of the feet
